Driver's rear brake is sticking. Piston rotates. Pads are not stuck. Emergency brake works fine.
Any clues?
This occurred after much wheel well spraying with water (cleaning mud) and then a two week rest (no driving).

Bent caliper mount? Misc. pebble sized rock inside caliper, between the pads?

No pebbles. Brake pads have been removed and cleaned. The caliper couldn't be bent. The rotor aligns perfectly.
I'm thinking a $50 used caliper from Sohfast is in my future.

I don't know what a gs-r rear caliper looks like, but the rear caliper on my car has an "x" carved into it. I have to align the "x" with the oem brake pads in order for the pad to seat properly.
